Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. We write the words, choose the photos with you and build the whole site. You just check it and tell us what to change.
What is the Business Assistant?
It’s an optional monthly add-on from £99. We draft replies to your Google reviews, write review request and quote follow-up messages for you to send, prepare your monthly social and Google posts, and send you a one-page report on how it’s going. You stay in control: nothing is sent in your name without your OK.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Every plan covers hosting, your domain, the security certificate, backups, updates, and up to 30 minutes of changes each month, such as new photos, prices or opening times. Business also links your site to your Google Business Profile. Growth adds monthly SEO work: keyword research, one new or improved page, weekly Google posts, help collecting reviews and a ranking report.
Why does Growth have a 6-month minimum?
SEO usually takes three to six months to show results. The minimum gives the work time to pay off before you judge it.
I already have a Google Business Profile. Do I pay for that?
No. If you already have one, we link it to your new website as part of every package. If you don’t have one yet, we can set it up and verify it with you for £49, or tidy up an existing profile (photos, services, description, opening hours) for £39.
Will I be on the first page of Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We set your site up properly for Google, add your Business Profile and Search Console, and write pages for the towns you cover, which gives you the best chance.
Can you redo my existing website?
Yes. We can move your current site from Wix, Squarespace or another builder, and keep the page addresses that already rank on Google.
What if I want to leave?
Your domain and content are yours. We’ll hand everything over so you can move it elsewhere.
